OZBRAKES ROTORS TO HEAVY INDUSTRY

Since 2006 one aspect of the Ozbrakes business has been the design, manufacture and supply of heavy duty brake rotors to the heavy vehicle sector.  Our activities have been largely with bid and tender submissions.

The following is a sample of the work we have done to date;

• Hino – front disc rotors 310mm diameter x 26mm thick (300 units supplied)
• CJD, Volvo – front rotors measuring 1219.2mm diameter x 38.1mm thick (24 units supplied)
• CJD, Volvo – rear rotors (cotton reel style) measuring 420mm diameter x 32mm thick (30 units supplied) 
• Komatsu 830 Unit Rig –front rotors measuring 1168mm diameter x 32mm thick (40 units supplied)
• Komatsu 830 Unit Rig – rear rotor measuring 633mm diameter x 25.6mm thick (40 units supplied)
• Hitachi – rotors front and rear 720mm diameter x 18mm thick and 780mm diameter x 22mm thick (48 units supplied in total)
• Rio Tinto for Komatsu 830 Unit Rig – front rotors measuring 1168 diameter x 32mm thick (18 units supplied which included 6 for testing)
